Hear about Texas build‑outs while the walls are still open.
Every commercial project over $50,000 in Texas is registered with the state before it gets a city permit. We read those registrations every day and tell trade firms about the ones in their area, weeks before construction starts.
Ask about your trade and city Now covering the Austin area. Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio next.Reply to a notice and you get the rest: exact address, property owner, tenant and architect, with phone numbers from the state record.
How it works
A project is registered with the state
Texas requires an accessibility registration (TDLR TABS) for commercial projects of $50,000 or more, filed before the city building permit. The record lists the project, address, budget and planned dates.
We send you a short notice
When a private build-out in your area matches your trade, you get one plain email: what kind of space, how big, the budget and when construction is planned. No attachments, no links.
Reply "yes" for the full details
We send the exact address, the owner, the tenant when listed, and the architect, plus a note on who to call first. Want every lead in your city automatically? Reply "more".
Who it's for
Small trade firms whose work starts during the build-out, before the tenant moves in. About 125 private build-outs are registered in the Austin area each month, usually four to six weeks before construction begins.
